So this is my personal favourite top 10 photos that I shot this year. It was hard to narrow it down because I shot so many photos but here it is! The highlight of the year for me was of course the celestial events, the eclipse, and the heightened solar activity. I saw the northern lights four times this year and photographed the two largest storms, but my favs were from the G5 geomagnetic storm in May. And my fav wedding photos involved animals, and my fav personal photos of course were of my dog Pike. This also goes to show that it’s not always the tool that matters when shooting, as some of my fav photos were just shot with my smartphone, or my mini digital camera like this first one (I was too afraid to shoot the eclipse with my Nikon without a solar filter).
